2. Products description
2.1. The Company makes its best efforts to accurately describe the products and its main features and specifications.

3. Order Procedure
3.1. Order Placement: Users select from the list or search through products specific products and place them in the Shopping Cart. 6.1. Place of delivery: Products will be delivered to the address that the Client has appointed during the placement of his order, with the exception of cases that the client has chosen to receive the product from the physical store.
6.2. Shipping Costs: Shipment fees are calculated according to weight and the price lists of Cyprus Post and EPG courrier. 6.3. Timing of delivery: The Company undertakes the obligation to its best effort to ship the products to the Clients within 3 business days, however in case of delay the Company assumes no responsibility, especially in cases of late delivery of goods from the courier. 7.1 Returning defective product
Our company takes every possible measure to all products (regardless of type) to be packed carefully in order to arrive it's destination undamaged. We know that among the products listed could be fragile and we take all necessary actions (in cooperation with our carriers), so such items to be dispatched in special packaging in order to protect from damage during transport or storage.
